Spa Etiquette
We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15minutes prior to your appointment (10 minutes for repeat visitors) so we can record your current spa needs and details, offer you a refreshment and the opportunity to relax prior to your treatment.
Please note that as a courtesy to all our guests a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.
Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the day spa.
The minimum age for treatments is 16. However we do offer 'Teenage Treats' which are suitable for 10yrs -15yr olds. All Teenage Treats guests must be accompanied by a parent throughout their treatment. Our couples suites are perfect for Mother & Daughters having treatments together.
We regrettably cannot accommodate babies and children in the treatment rooms as a courtesy to other guests enjoying quiet treatments.
Medical Information
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your Spa Therapist (and doctor where necessary) prior to making your booking as this may affect your treatment options.

Not suitable for those with Iodine allergies:

Guests who wish to change, or cancel an appointment must provide 24 hours notice, or full payment for the treatment will be charged. Voucher numbers are required to secure an appointment.
